reservations

You can make a reservation one of three ways:

. Location    You may also make reservations by calling the hotel directly. Please visit our locations page.

guaranteed reservations
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid, major credit card to be held past 4:00pm the day of arrival. The credit card must be present upon arrival.

cancellations
All reservations must be cancelled by 4:00pm the day of arrival to avoid a charge of room and tax.

Please note that our cancellation policy may vary dependent upon location and/or special events. We list any cancellation restrictions when you make an online reservation. You may also contact the hotel directly for answers to any questions you have.

To cancel a reservation that was made online, you may cancel via the same reservation page in which you reserved the room. Please visit the reservation page of the chosen location and click the 'Need to REVIEW or CANCEL a reservation?' button located on the right side of the screen. To cancel a reservation made directly with the hotel, please contact the chosen location directly by telephone.

late arrival
No problem. Should you be arriving after hours, simply notify us on your reservation of your approximate time of arrival.

additional guests

A maximum of 3 guests can stay in a queen room. Two persons are included in the published rate;
an additional $10.00 will be charged for the 3rd adult. A maximum of 5 guests can stay in a double or king room.
Four persons are included in the published rate; an additional $10.00 will be charged for the extra adult.

Our rates vary depending on the location, type of room you choose, market conditions, and many other factors.

payment terms
Each guest pays for his or her stay in advance. Weekly guests pay for at least seven days in advance, nightly guests pay for the length of their stay in advance.

deposit policy
A $50.00 deposit is required for all weekly cash paying guests.
Cash paying guests may use a valid major credit card for the deposit. The credit card will be authorized for the
deposit amount. Your deposit is fully refundable at check-out, less adjustments for incremental charges.

Pay your room bill online! You now have the option of paying your room bill online at our Hotel Payment Center , a service developed for our valuable customers.
